This is the Turbosmart Mechanical Boost Gauge. This is a simple yet effective boost gauge that is universal and will work with most if not all turbocharged applications by simply adapting to a vacuum source in line with the turbocharger. This will provide you with an accurate reading on how much boost you're running and more importantly that you're within target numbers rather than over/under boosting.
