KPI Group Completes Acquisition of TheYotaGarage, Enters Full Operational Phase
KPI Group, LLC, a Lehi, Utah-based company focused on e-commerce growth within the automotive aftermarket, has formally announced the completion of its acquisition of TheYotaGarage. The transaction closed on November 14, 2025, and following a structured transition period, KPI Group has assumed full operational control of the business and is actively investing in its next phase of growth.
Founded in 2016, TheYotaGarage is an established online retailer serving Toyota enthusiasts across the United States, with a focused product catalog covering the Tacoma, Tundra, 4Runner, Land Cruiser, and Sequoia platforms.
