I will ordered for the very first time through Yota my color matched grille Toyota Oem rock warrior grill and it was on back order do to many people wanting and needing to update their trucks like myself. I was thinking of ordering a different style of grill and from a different place. But I stumbled onto Yota as I binging on YouTube about truck upgrades and that’s when I watch the video from Yota about the grill install and I told myself I want to have a seamless true Oem look and quality I decided to order as soon as I was done watching the videos and of course I read the reviews and it seems Yota is the place to order from also I got a discount from getting the code from the Yota video which was awesome! It made my purchase even more of a better buying experiences also it was a lot cheaper than the other places I looked at. So I ordered and then I got a email from Yota confirming my purchase but they said it would be on back order and wouldn’t take more then 3 months to receive it and this was in October when I ordered. I sent a message back to Yoat asking if they feel that it would take more then 3 months? then I will not be interested. As soon as I sent the email i Received a response and that is why I was impressed and felt good doing business with them. Is that we customers appreciate good response time and communication and Yota told me usually the longest is 3 months but always sooner then but no later and if I wanted to cancel my order and get refund I can do that? I told myself since I ordered it in late October and if I get in December it would be my Xmas present, a new grill!. But Look what I received in early November? My new Oem rock warrior grill a lot sooner then 3 month wait time and I am stoked! i installed it and it looks great ! Matched my truck perfectly and It gave a fresh new look and made my truck look brand new! The only thing I had an issue with was, with whomever put the grill together at the place where the grill was made, the grill is snapped on to the outer shroud and most of the grill was snapped on but one side wasn’t so I had to snap parts of the grill onto the plastic shroud myself when I received to complete the install but I felt like there was a reason why they didn’t snap it on fully because of how flimsy the plastic was because once I pushed it into place the plastic hook that apparently holds the grill into the shroud broke! and that’s why I felt like they left it 90% in place but left it for me to completely snap it in just so they don’t break it and will be unable to send it out and they would lose a product and revenue but left it for me to snap it in when I received and hopefully I will just keep it the way it is.. knowing it would break but as long they didn’t break it, it would look like it was a complete new grill but not broken from them. Luckily it wasn’t an issue do to only one plastic piece being broken and I was able to push it in to the shroud and it looks ok and stays in place so I left it and installed the grill and it looks good and it’s not because of Yota it’s because of where the grill is made. So instead of having to go through the return process and send it back and waiting for another new grill or getting a refund and having to go through all of what I went through just to buy a grill.. I kept it and I am happy but I know that one plastic attachment is broken and I hope that this grill will last me a long while and maybe in the future, I’ll probably upgrade to a new look anyways. But overall I’m happy with Yota and when I say it’s True! It’s because most of the reviews are exactly on point and are from real life people like myself that takes the time to write about experiences they have with businesses. Over all I am happy and look forward to buying again from Yota! Thanks Yota I am happy I received my grill sooner then later and thanks for the communication.
