How To Initiate a Return
Returns
At TheYotaGarage.com, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied, we are here to help with our return policy outlined below.
Return Rules Summary
- Returns accepted for 30 days from the original invoice date.
- Customer provides return shipping.
- No restocking fee.
- No final sale items.
Eligibility for Returns
- Timeframe: Returns are accepted within 30 days from the original invoice date.
- Condition: Items must be in new/unused condition and in the original packaging. Products must be in resellable condition to be eligible for a refund. Assembled, installed, modified products, or products with damaged packaging are not eligible for a refund.
- Authorization: Returns will only be accepted if a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number has been issued within 30 days.
Refund Processing
- Returns will be processed within 10 business days of receipt, excluding weekends, holidays, and the day the package is delivered.
- Refunds will be issued back to the original form of payment.
Exceptions
- Items marked as "Non-returnable" on the product page.
- Wheels & Tires.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for all return shipping charges unless the wrong or defective item was shipped.
- We recommend using UPS, FedEx, or any other carriers offering signature confirmation and insurance for return shipping, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged packages. Only the signature of a TheYotaGarage.com staff member will suffice as proof of delivery.
- The customer agrees to bear all shipping and insurance charges and all risks of loss during return shipment.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
- This return policy does not apply to orders that arrived damaged or if incorrect items were shipped. For these issues, customers must contact our support team at support@theyotagarage.com to arrange for the return or exchange of such items.

- TheYotaGarage.com reserves the right to change or amend the return policy and procedures at any time without notification.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation requests are handled the same as returns and are subject to the same conditions.
Cancellation Before Shipment
- If an order is cancelled before it ships, it will be processed as a return with no restocking fee but shipping charges will apply if the order received free shipping.
Cancellation After Shipment
- If an order has shipped after a cancellation request is processed, it must be handled as a return.
Free Shipping Adjustments
- If your order contained multiple items and qualified for free shipping and you opt to cancel a product/products that result in the new order total being less than the free shipping qualification, the remaining items will be subject to shipping costs.
