Great help!

I contacted the shop for help concerning purchasing an awning for my 4Runner and they were a great help.

Returned, would not withstand winds.

I live in the high desert. I installed the awning on my forerunner, and first had a challenge getting the hardware to work with my roof rack. When I set up the awning I realized it was too flimsy to withstand the winds of the desert here. I have another awning that I love, and has held up well to high winds, but this one - the design did not feel stable.

Great product , although I had to wait 2 months because black was back ordered , but they let me know and customer service was fantastic. Easy to install to on my prinsu rack. Happy with my purchase

I’ll make this brief for those of you that may need a bump to why you should get this awning or anything from this company. You are going to want to spend your money here because as we all know customer service has become not so serviceable. If you’re like me then you want to spend your hard earned money at a company who is willing to take their time with you when you need help, offer solutions that are realistic, be fast with their responses, and willing to go above and beyond what most companies will not go. Kevin has helped me through a difficult process that theyotagarage had no part of but was the bigger person and took care of me, being the example and showing me that I’m proud to have spend my money here. Some companies seem to forgot that we have other places to buy from and being treated with respect and care from the start went along way. In short, the awning was great but the customer service was superb. I will be buying all I can from them even though I own a Jeep!

Roam Adventure 5ft Awning

Hope this review finds someone well. I purchased this awning for my Jeep Gladiator 2020 Mojave. I have a RTT as well and wanted some additional uses for the bed rack I have so I purchased this awning for range day and beach days. I absolutely love the quality of the awning and how Roam as different dimensions to choose from. The 5ft works great for my set up and doesn’t extend past my bed. What I like most about the awning was how well made the case was for the awning itself and I feel this will last for years to come. I spent days looking for the right one and luckily The YotaGarage was here to help as they had all of them in stock and I couldn’t buy elsewhere. The service I’ve had from both companies has been a pleasurable experience as I actually had my first awning shipped damaged by the carrier (the box itself says handle with care all over it!). I was taken care of and wasn’t affected and continued enjoying my gear!

Excellent product and even better customer service!

I hadn't even heard of Roam when I went to place my order for a ARB awning. A sales rep contacted me after placing my order to inform me that the awning I wanted was out of stock but suggested Roam. I was skeptical at first, as there isn't a ton of reviews on the web. I liked the way it looked though and the black canvas bag matched my truck. I've set it up a couple times now and have no complaints. Seems sturdy and holds up in heavy winds. I wish it came with a led light strip like the ARB but I'm sure I can attach one of the many LED light strip kits I'm finding online. All in all great product and excellent Customer service.

Roam Awning, THANKS Yotagarage!

I’ve been looking for an awning for some time now. It came down to ARB, Ironman 4x4 or Roam for my choices. Everything was out of stock/back order. Yotagarage made the choice easy for me. My 4Runner Pro is black on black, everything blacked out. I didn’t like the grey cover on ARB or color of Ironman. Roam cover was black which made it a perfect match for my truck. I also ended up with Gzilla mounts since Gobi said it was 18-20 weeks out just for awning mounts. I needed my mounts ASAP since I got my awning from Yotagarage within 3-4 days. I also got the gzilla mount within 2 days.

Mounting took less than 2 hours which included a lot of bubble gauging to make sure all the mounts were even and also loctite on the bolts!
