Chainsaw with a sore throat

Although the exhaust system was very easy to install (every thing fit perfectly), I'll be changing out the muffler. The sound from it is horrible, like a chainsaw with a sore throat. I'll be installing a Flowmaster muffler which means extending one of the pipes but it will be worth it.
