Dobinsons 2.6" IMS Monotube Shock - Rear For 2022-2024 Toyota Tundra
TheYotaGarage is proud to offer the Dobinsons 2.6" IMS Monotube Shock - Rear for your 2022-2024 Toyota Tundra. These shocks will accommodate a 2-3" lift so they will pair nicely with some Dobinsons coil springs. They are a monotube construction meaning there is a floating piston that entirely separates the oil and gas chambers. Meaning that there is no aeration or foaming, so the hydraulic valving becomes more responsive. The single-valve assembly distributes pressure evenly over the entire shock, putting less stress in a particular area. Monotube shocks will have a larger surface arear to spread the load meaning you will have a more consistent shock feel every time. This makes for a high performance shock on and off road. They provide a significant increase in performance over the standard shock absorbers. Dobinsons IMS shock absorbers feature larger bodies, larger bores and increased valving performance to dramatically improve vehicle handling and control and reduces shock fade.
